The IPCA Parents’ Forum is aimed at parents and other family members closely affected by international parental child abduction.

The purpose of the Forum is to provide a space for parents or other family members to discuss their experiences of international parental child abduction with others who have had similar experiences.

Guidelines:

1. This is a support forum and participants are expected to contribute only respectful and courteous postings.
2. ISS staff will moderate and edit the Forum, viewing all postings prior to allowing their publication on the Forum.
3. Postings containing offensive or inappropriate language or themes will not be posted on the Forum. ISS reserves the right to refuse publication of any inappropriate or offensive material
4. ISS staff reserves the right to ban users whose submissions are deemed unsuitable.
5. ISS will not liable for the content of Forum communications or the potential impact of such communications on other Forum members.
