Contacting Your Local ISS Office Outside of Australia

ISS Australia receives many calls from people overseas looking for a relative in Australia. Although family tracing is a service we offer, ISS procedure requires people to apply to the ISS unit in the country in which they are living. The local ISS branch or office will then contact us if the person sought is believed to be in Australia.
