Fiona is currently is a partner in Heidrick and Struggles' Melbourne office and leads Heidrick Consulting in Melbourne. 

She previously was the CEO of FightMND and has worked at Deloitte in their Human Capital Consulting Practice. Fiona has also worked as a Senior Client Partner at Korn Ferry Hay Group and was the Global Manager of The Boston Consulting Group’s organization practice. She has also worked in Donor Relations for the International Red Cross & Red Crescent Society in Geneva and for The Alannah & Madeline Foundation as the General Manager – Programs. Fiona specialises in supporting clients to address their people and organisational issues.

Fiona is a registered psychologist with a D.Psych (Industrial/Organisational) and B.A. (Hons) from the University of Melbourne. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
