ISS Australia is seeking a lawyer (0.8 FTE) who will be responsible for the provision of legal advice and case work to clients throughout Australia who are affected by international parental child abduction (IPCA).
The role is based in Pyrmont and our ideal candidate will be lawyer with a minum of two years experience in family law and excellent drafting skills. Your salary will be based on the national Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHCADS) Award and will range between $84K - $92K commensurate with experience.

Our office is in Cremorne and we are seeking a proactive applicant who can work in the office and remotely. Supervision and training will be provided, and we are seeking someone who is available to work 0.2 FTE (15.2 hours) days per week (days negotiable). The role attracts a salary of $74K pro rata + superannuation and fringe benefits available to charities.
