Calling our Helpline
ISS Australia’s National Helpline is available to anyone wishing to enquire about our services.
Just phone 1300 657 843 from anywhere in Australia, for the cost of a local call, Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 5.00pm (AEST).
Callers within NSW will be connected to our NSW Office in Sydney; callers from anywhere else in Australia will be connected to our Victorian Office in Melbourne.
Your call will be answered by our staff and you will be connected to an experienced caseworker who can provide advice and assistance about your enquiry. Please note our social workers, lawyers and mediators may be engaged on another matter when you call, so a call back may need to be arranged. We will do all we can to call you back as quickly as possible (or at another time if you prefer).
It is normal to feel anxious or uncertain about what to expect when you call a new service. ISS Australia respects your privacy and you can choose to remain anonymous when contacting us.
Outside the above hours, if you require emotional support or help, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24 hr telephone crisis support).
